Help for the Depressed Aspie

  1. Wow! How can there not be way more comments on this topic? Depression is probably the number one issue affecting adults with autism. I really like these suggestions they are ones that I have learned we’re very viable but it took a long time. Having a list of these good suggestions upfront will save people a lot of wasted years and energy.

  2. Wonderful advice I have an Aspie husband and totally agree with your advice

  3. I've been trying to get help for over a year, my partner is Romanian, has never been diagnosed but I know he has problems with anxiety, has very sensitive hearing, doesn't sleep well, has times where he has no sentiment, the list goes on. Many would have sent him packing by now. My friends and family have said get rid, but I have nephews who are diagnosed with autism, how would they feel if their son was put out on the street with no family, no money or friends? Anyway he's not a bad person, but he suffers with nerve pain in the back of his head head, and I've been trying to get my GP to refer him to neurologist for a year, my partner must feel so lost in his world of pain and tension. Does anyone else suffer and if so what helps relive this. I just wish to help him have a better quality of life.
